Wellness Picks: Top 10 of March
Spring is almost in full bloom, and so are our lives! There's so much happening in the world of Club Studios, but for me, (Ella, the Club Studios editor), there's a lot more - and a lot of that is the incredible products I LOVED this month!
In an attempt to always be fair, honest, and completely unbiased towards brands, there may be brands on here you've never heard before, and there may be some you're a die-hard fan of. Either way, these products were a game changer this month, and it's time to post something a little more personal here on Select!
So... Let's get to know each other while I share my absolute favorite purchases of March!
Youth To The People Serum
The dry-skin savior that's light, fresh, and smells amazing. A perfect pre-primer makeup MUST. It's from my favorite brand, Youth To The People. The first must-have of the month is the one and only Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Oil.
I think what's most special about this is the ingredients! A lot of the time ingredients like acai, prickly pear, and goji (this serum's actives), get overshadowed by a basic hyaluronic. As a skincare fanatic, (and might I even say expert), there's nothing more special than a serum with healthy, effective ingredients. Not to mention, it makes the serum smell heavenly.
This was a Cape Town must! I used it almost every day on vacation, and it's definitely an amazing serum for your accidental sunburns.
Salt & Stone Deodorant
I picked this up in the middle of filming a YouTube video—mainly because it was pink and looked cute.
But after using it every day this March, I’ve realized it’s more than just pretty packaging. The scent completely shifted my personal smell in the best way. Hinoki has this subtle, clean warmth that lasts all day without being overpowering.
Out of all the Salt & Stone options, this one surprised me the most—and it’s definitely earned its spot on my bathroom counter.
Quartz Gua Sha + Ice Roller
Pollen season in Austin means waking up with a puffy face is part of the routine.
I started using my quartz gua sha and ice roller almost daily, and it made a huge difference. The gua sha helps with sculpting and drainage, while the ice roller cools everything down and brings my skin back to life.
These tools are classics for a reason, and I’ve been keeping them on-hand all month.
Bone Broth
I grew up in a health-focused household, so bone broth wasn’t just a trend—it was a staple. Anytime someone in the family got sick, a cup of bone broth was the first thing offered.
This March, after getting sick myself, I found myself going back to that same habit. And honestly, it reminded me why I loved it in the first place. It’s warm, comforting, and surprisingly satisfying.
It also happens to be rich in collagen, which is a huge bonus, and it keeps you full longer than most snacks. I started drinking it midday or as a light evening reset, and it’s been such a nourishing part of my routine.
Whether you’re under the weather or just want something grounding, it’s one of those simple, feel-good essentials that does more than people give it credit for.
Beyond Yoga Fold-Over Leggings (Navy)
These leggings are the most comfortable thing I’ve worn all month. The fold-over waistband is flattering without being too tight, and the fabric is incredibly soft.
As someone who wears a lot of navy, I love how well they match everything. I’ve already been thinking about getting another color.
They’re practical, flattering, and easy to wear—everything a staple legging should be.
Sweetgreen Salads
If you’ve been watching the Club Studios YouTube videos (which will be here so so soon), you already know I love a good green goddess salad.
Sweetgreen has been my favorite place to eat this month. Their bowls are fresh, filling, and fun to customize. I’ve been ordering it between filming or editing—it’s the perfect meal that feels healthy but satisfying.
My food favorite for March—for sure. (Sweetgreen, if you’re reading this, let’s talk about a sponsorship - PLEASE!)
Benefit Lip Tint
After seeing this combo all over Pinterest and TikTok, I finally tried it—and it’s just as good as people say.
Benetint gives the perfect flushed look, and when paired with a gloss or the Dior Lip Glow Balm, it looks effortless and fresh. I love that it feels weightless and smells like roses.
It doesn’t last quite as long as I’d like, but it’s still one of my go-to lip products this month.
Lululemon Keychain
I never thought I’d have so much to say about a keychain—but here we are.
This Lululemon keychain has quietly become one of my most-used accessories. I got it as a gift about two years ago, and ever since I started driving, I’ve realized how functional it actually is.
The long loop design makes it easy to grab when I’m heading out the door, and I love how it feels structured but still soft in your hand. It’s also something I’ve seen trending more on Pinterest lately, so it doesn’t just feel useful—it feels current.
Mine is pink, which makes it easy to spot at the bottom of a bag, and that small detail brings me more joy than I expected.
It’s not a product that usually gets attention, but when you use something every day and it works, it becomes a quiet kind of favorite. That’s exactly what this keychain is.
Steve Madden Classic Whites
These shoes have truly been through everything with me—and they still look good.
I packed them for trips, wore them through long days, and even tossed them into a suitcase without thinking. They’ve held up better than I expected, especially considering how often I wear them.
What I love most is how versatile they are. They go with every outfit—whether I’m in leggings, denim, or something more styled—and they don’t stain easily, which makes them ideal for travel or day-to-day errands.
They’ve become the shoes I instinctively reach for because I don’t have to think about them. They’re reliable, clean-looking, and somehow still feel fresh no matter how much I wear them.
If you’re looking for an everyday shoe that works hard without showing it, this is it. A true staple.
Balance
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the idea of balance—not just in terms of wellness, but in how I spend my time.
March was a mix of productivity and fun. I had moments where I was fully in my element—filming, editing, creating—but I also had nights out with friends, dinners, and a few days where I let myself fully unplug.
And honestly, I struggled with that. It’s easy to fall into the mindset that if you’re not constantly working toward something, you’re falling behind. But that kind of thinking only adds stress, not progress.
So, for April, I’m focusing on redefining what balance means for me. I want to be able to move between work and rest, wellness and fun, without guilt.
It’s something I’m still learning—but even being aware of it has helped me be more intentional with how I spend my energy. If you’re feeling the same way, I hope this reminder helps: balance is personal, and it’s okay if it takes time to find.
That's all I have for you this week, it-girl! But let me know: have you tried any of these? Leave your comments below!!
Xoxo,
